COVID-19 Policy

for Clients and their Families

This COVID-19 Policy for Clients and their Families includes the measures we are actively taking in order to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and protect you, your family as well as our Relocation Consultants.

You are kindly requested to follow all rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe partnership in this unique environment. It is important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions.

We assure you that we will always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity.

This policy applies to all of our clients who are accompanied by our consultants.

Preferred Home Search Methodology:

We will consider each case on an individual basis, to establish whether it is best to conduct an accompanied tour, or facilitate the search process remotely.

Where possible, we strongly encourage that the home-search be carried out remotely so as to minimise face to face contact and the risk of infection.

Letting agents will not permit multiple persons to attend a property viewing at any one time, so the remote method would make the viewing process more compliant with agent’s protocol and minimise the risk to the agent, or their employees / tenants.

Where remote searches are conducted, we would take necessary measures to ensure that the client has the necessary information to hand (photography, video, inventory and report), and assist them in making an informed decision.

Accompanied Home Search:

Where it is mutually agreed that an accompanied search can take place, the rules listed below must be respected, and obligations met.

If the client has to cancel at the last minute, due to COVID-19 symptoms, the Relocation Consultant will conduct the search as planned, remotely, and report back. This will avoid any cancellation charges, but remote service charges would apply.

When an accompanied search is conducted the client should make arrangements for their own transport to and from property viewings. If this is not possible then the client should make the Relocation Consultant aware 48 hours in advance, so that they have suitable advance warning to valet and disinfect the vehicle which will be used.

The General Rules, mentioned earlier, must be respected at all times through-out the day. Suitable PPE should be warn when either in a property, or vehicle.

Unfortunately, should the client have family, they will not be permitted to come on the tour.
